Around 40 to 45 pounds of 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised lamb. With this option, you pick your favorite cuts and determine how the lamb will be prepared. This is the most economical way to support our family farm and purchase pasture-raised, nutrient-dense lamb for you and your family. You’ll need ~1.3 cubic feet of freezer space for your whole-lamb.

Lamb can be picked up from our butcher (Cascade, WI), from our farm, or delivered to your door (added fee).

$10 per pound. This is based on the hanging weight of the lamb and reflects the final price. There are no additional processing/butcher fees.

This $50 deposit reserves your slot for our next lamb harvest. Lamb is usually available in Fall and late Winter. The remaining balance will be billed upon pickup.

We serve anyone who is interested in our lamb, but we are especially close to the Wisconsin cities of Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Kaukauna, Green Bay, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Madison, and Milwaukee.
