Around 40-45 pounds of 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised lamb. All the cuts in one box: leg roasts, lamb-chops, spare ribs, shanks, shoulder roasts, stew meat, and ground – an assortment of versatile cuts. This purchase is a direct connection with your food and farmer and is the most economical way to purchase pasture-raised and nutrient-dense lamb for you and your family. You’ll need ~1.3 cubic feet of freezer space for your whole-lamb.

$13 per pound. This is based on the weight of the frozen boxed lamb cuts and reflects the final price. There are no additional processing/butcher fees.

Lamb can be picked up from our butcher (Cascade, WI), from our farm, or delivered to your door (added fee).

This $50 deposit reserves your slot for our next lamb harvest. Lamb is usually available in Fall and late Winter. The remaining balance will be billed upon pickup.

We serve anyone who is interested in our lamb, but we are especially close to the Wisconsin cities of Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Kaukauna, Green Bay, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Madison, and Milwaukee.
